The roof is now over 50% complete with metal decking finished and roof membrane installation underway. By next month, the roof will be fully complete, bringing us one step closer to welcoming you to Nordel Point.

The final wall tilt is now complete at Nordel Point! Our on-site crews were busy last month with the completion of the building’s wall-tilt totaling 122 insulated concrete panels.

Construction is progressing at Nordel Point with the first panel tilt last month. Over the coming weeks, the final slab pour will be completed and structural steel works will be well underway.

Foundation work is underway with footings and the first slab pour complete! The team continues to work on underslab services for the remainder of the building, with final slab pour over the coming months.
